Didattica dell'Arte

Didattica dell'Arte

San Leo and the Fortress preserve a memory of incredible and fantastic stories that we want to tell through our activities and our workshops.
Assaults on the castle, treasure hunts, ancient court games, legends and myths will enliven the spaces of the Fortress, to deepen the historical periods, the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, which determined the architecture, the history, the evolution of San Leo and of the whole territory. Among the proposals there will also be role-playing games, guided tours in costume and dramatizations to play the role of Dante and Vasari, because building and experimenting, and sometimes even playing, are ways to listen to the stories that the Fortress can tell, and better understand the extraordinary complexity of a site that summarizes the history of an entire territory.

The San Leo ArteDidattica project was born from the desire to exploit the great potential that the city of San Leo and the surrounding area offer in terms of history, art, culture and tourism.

From the initial idea of working on the design and implementation of educational courses aimed at schools in the area (incentive to school tourism) has gradually made way for the possibility of directing efforts towards a more structured and sustainable design idea, with its own recognizability and visibility at national and international level, working on the planning and promotion of initiatives that are not isolated and sporadic, but become part of extended projects and planned over time.
